you can shop for products by using the
categories on the left side of the page.
If you’re in the final stages of
completing your order, you may continue
shopping product categories and add or
delete products to your order without
losing the information you’ve already
entered.
Personalization
Quality personalization is included
in the cost of our products. Our
online personalization instructions
are easy to follow; enter business
information, upload a photo and/or
logo, select or create a message,
view the finished product and approve
it during our check out process.
Special requests may require faxed
approval.
Product Availability
The detailed product information page
will tell you if a product is available
to ship today. If a date is provided,
this is the estimated date for shipment.
Check Out
You can begin the checkout process
at any time while ordering. If this
is your first purchase, you will
need to provide your name, address,
phone number, credit card number
and expiration date. It is only necessary to supply this information
on your first purchase.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
Once your order has been placed, the
SellSmart.com order processing system
waits at least 10 minutes before
it begins processing your order.
If you change your mind before your
order has begun to process, you can
make changes or cancel the order
by going to Your Account. If your
order has already started to process,
you can contact our customer service
center for assistance at 1-800-522-0852.
